First Class S.A. is one of the largest local TMC’s which is specialized in delivering comprehensive and Professional business travel management as well as in organizing corporate events and congresses.

The company was established in 1991. Total turnover for last fiscal year amounts EUR 25Mio.

First Class ranks sixth in Poland among the corporate TMC’s. We are also a member of Polish Chamber of Tourism, a member of Society of Incentive & Travel Executives and certified IATA agent. Our main office and call centre are located in Warsaw. The company also has branches in Kraków and in another district of Warsaw. Our client portfolio consists of 750 corporate clients and around 50 representatives of governmental institutions. Leisure activities are of complementary kind. The share of individuals passengers does not exceed 10% of total sales volume. Our offer covers full scope of travel services and MICE events. Sales structure is dominated by air tickets, which is equal 70%. The remaining part of our business consists of hotel bookings and MICE events (20%), leisure tourism and other. First Class takes pride on its excellent relations with all airlines in the local market, we book around 55k reservations per year and holds strong negotiating power. Thanks to that we are capable to obtain the best rates for our larger corporate clients. Our motto is: “All you need to do is to focus on your business target, the rest belongs to us”. We still believe in traditional values like direct relation between consultant and client and most of our clients appreciate that, however we optimize the booking and sales processes. In 2012 we implemented tailor made Business Travel Manager – a modern booking platform dedicated for corporate travel. We provide clients with the latest airline promotions, assistance with all their travel and visa requirements. We also offer 24 hours Call Centre, our clients can get our assistance even in the middle of the night. We also teach our corporate clients how to generate savings on purchasing air tickets, hotel bookings or car reservations made online.
